At Cloudflare, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and provide a hassle-free 30-day return window for all hardware. If your device isn't meeting your connectivity expectations, we are committed to making it right through a swift exchange or full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Cloudflare account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Your Device

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team receives and inspects the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
